    Levels 1–3 are individual and departmental. Awareness, personal productivity, and function-specific tools. Most dealerships today live here. AI increases activity, but not coordination.

    Level 4 is the inflection point. Connected Dealership Intelligence is where AI starts to understand the dealership as a single operating system — service knows what sales promised, inventory reads demand from marketing, decisions become coherent across departments. This is the architectural shift competitors cannot buy. They have to live the same workflow-by-workflow build to get here.

    Levels 5–7 are scale and ecosystem. Group Intelligence spreads coordination across rooftops. OEM–Dealer Network Intelligence extends it across the manufacturer relationship. Agentic Ecosystem Intelligence is continuous, autonomous coordination across the industry — the long-horizon destination, not the next quarter.
