Auto Agentic publishes this site to explain how we work. It gives you five things: written material, an AI advisor you can ask questions, an eleven-section walkthrough, a library of the agents we build workflows from, and a book you can request.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Engagements are separateNothing on this site creates a customer relationship, a proposal, a quote or a binding offer. Actual work for a dealer group is governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls where it differs from this page.

The advisor generates answers with a large language model working from Auto Agentic’s own written material. It is a fast way to get oriented. It is not a person, and it is not a guarantee.

• Answers may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Verify anything you intend to act on.
• Nothing the advisor says is legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, HR, security, compliance, or other professional advice.
• No answer creates a contract, a price commitment or a service-level promise. Where the advisor mentions a figure, it is indicative and subject to a written agreement.
• You remain responsible for decisions you make and for their consequences. If a decision affects your people, your customers, or your money, take it to the appropriate professional first.

Please don’t submit passwords, payment-card data, individual customer records, or confidential or highly sensitive information through the advisor or any form on this site.

The book and other materials are provided for your own reading and internal discussion. You may share them inside your organization. You may not resell them, strip the attribution, or present them as your own work.

Sending a request tells us you would like to talk. It does not oblige us to respond, to take on work, or to hold any capacity. Please give us accurate details — if you submit someone else’s information, you are confirming you are entitled to.

Use the site the way a person would. Specifically, don’t:

• Scrape, harvest, bulk-download or systematically copy the content, the agent library, or the advisor’s output.
• Use automated tools to submit questions or forms, or work around the rate limits.
• Attempt to extract the system instructions behind the advisor, or manipulate it into producing content that misrepresents Auto Agentic.
• Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the site, its infrastructure, or its security controls.
• Attempt to reach the internal tools, or use any credential that isn’t yours.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content, or anyone else’s personal information without a right to share it.
• Use the material to train a competing model or build a derivative service.

We may rate-limit, block, or remove access where use looks abusive or puts the service at risk.

The site, its text, diagrams, structure, the Auto Agentic name and marks, and the written material behind the advisor belong to Auto Agentic or its licensors. You may quote short passages with attribution and link to any page. Everything beyond that needs written permission.

If you send us a suggestion or comment, we may use it to improve what we do without owing you anything for it. Please don’t send us anything confidential this way.

Some links lead somewhere else — including The Future of Automotive AI, a separate Auto Agentic learning experience at its own address, and video hosted by YouTube. Those destinations run under their own terms and privacy notices. We don’t control third-party platforms and aren’t responsible for what they do.

Our privacy notice explains what this site collects and why, and forms part of these terms. Requests about your information go through privacy choices and requests.

The site is provided as it is. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it — including the advisor — at any time, and we don’t promise uninterrupted availability or that stored conversations will remain retrievable indefinitely.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that content is accurate, current, or complete.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Auto Agentic, and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or reliance on anything it says.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Ontario and Canadian consumer legislation.

We may withdraw access to the site or its features where these terms are being broken. Clauses that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law — do.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, with the courts of Ontario intended to have jurisdiction over disputes.

These terms contain no arbitration clause. Disputes are handled by the Ontario courts named above.
