    Your Custom Workflow

Your operational problem is not on our list. Let us scope it anyway.

The four launch workflows cover the departments that bleed the most for most dealers. They do not cover everything. If your biggest leak is somewhere else, we scope a custom workflow to your specific pain. Same architecture, same 90-day pilot structure, same Intelligence Foundation.

    01

When a Custom Workflow is the right scope.

Most dealer groups that engage us start with one of the four launch workflows because the pain is Sales, BDC, Service, or executive reporting. Some groups come to us with a different kind of operational problem. The Intelligence Foundation is department-agnostic. The agents are configurable. If your problem can be expressed in See–Diagnose–Act–Recover terms, it is a workflow we can architect.

    02

    Where Custom Workflows typically go.

    HR and Training

Hiring pipeline, onboarding velocity, compliance tracking, retention modeling.

"New hires take six months to hit the floor. We do not know why some pods ramp faster than others."

    Parts

Inventory turn, obsolescence, supplier coordination, parts-to-service attachment.

"Our parts obsolescence is climbing. We cannot tell which advisors are driving it."

    Finance and F&I

F&I penetration, warranty claim velocity, receivables aging, deal-structure optimization.

"Our F&I product penetration varies wildly by rooftop. We do not know if it is the F&I manager, the lead mix, or the training."

    Group-specific

Whatever your group's operating model makes unique: a custom deal process, a proprietary training program, a reporting structure your OEM requires.

"Our group runs a custom appraisal process. We need the workflow to respect that process, not replace it."

    03

How a Custom Workflow gets scoped.

    Step 01

    Discovery (30-60 minutes)

We listen to the problem. We ask about your systems, your data, and your team's current process. By the end of the call, we know whether a Custom Workflow is the right scope, or whether the problem actually maps to one of the four launch workflows with a modification.

    Step 02

    Scope and Proposal (1-2 weeks)

We design the workflow: which systems it connects, which agents it uses, which KPIs it moves. You receive a fixed-price proposal with a 90-day timeline and one or more KPI success conditions. Starting at $45,000 for Custom Workflow Engagements.

    Step 03

    90-Day Pilot

Same pilot structure as the launch workflows. Build, integrate, go live, measure. If the KPIs move, you scale, and your Intelligence Foundation is already in place for the next workflow.

    See it in action.

Our Intelligence Foundation has already analyzed over 22.75 million records across 300 dealerships and three years of sales and service data. The architecture scales across workflows as easily as it scales across rooftops.

    Why this workflow compounds.

Like every workflow we build, your custom workflow is also a build step for your Intelligence Foundation. Every system it connects extends the foundation. Every output it produces becomes training that improves your team. When you roll the same workflow across rooftops or add a second workflow that shares systems, the compounding accelerates.
